I am always interested in new ways of building your brand to get new business.  I have enrolled a mentor that is helping Yellow Jersey Design restructure, grow and give longevity to the Yellow Jersey brand going forward. I thought I would share with you a programme that I watch called ‘Alex Polizzi – The Fixer’ She is known for being the ‘Hotel Inspector’ but has moved to helping businesses that are going to the wall, she reinvents them and helps them to survive in these hard times. It is great that in all the episodes I have seen Alex goes to a brand company to help the company move forward, they explain how important a new fresh brand is and how it can help them get noticed in a busy market place to increase their sales.

A few pointers I have got from this programme is

• You have to make your own fortune, no one will give it to you
• You can’t wait for the business to come to you, you have to go out there and get it.
